1. Grant and Procurement Coordinator
The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth is looking for an experienced professional to fill the full-time role of Grant and Procurement Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in identifying, securing and managing funding opportunities for municipal priorities/initiatives. This position is also the Primary point of contact for all procurement services, while supporting and improving the procurement process.
Salary commensurate with education and experience (60,000 – 72,000).
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in business or equivalent experience with a focus in finance/accounting. Experience in public procurement and contract management is an asset. Two years’ experience in a financial position preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines is essential in this position.
