Notice of Approval: Development Agreement – DA-01-26 – Arcadia Estates Apartments
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on October 28, 2026 Council approved the proposed to renovate the existing two-storey, approximately 15,400-square-foot building into a 27-unit residential dwelling.
Appeal of this development agreement may be made to the Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board within 14 days of the publishing of this notice.
