Documents - Municipality of the District of Yarmouth As part of the Municipality's reporting obligation to the Province of Nova Scotia, we prepare a five-year, rolling forecast of our capital investment plans each year. This forecast lists the capital works projects envisioned by Council for the upcoming 5 fiscal years. The capital investment worksheet also informs how Council plans to fund each project.

This planning is done at the same time as the annual operating budget process. In addition to meeting reporting requirements for the Province, it also acts as our financial and operational guide regarding capital works priorities, planning, and execution.

It is imporant to note that this document is only a forecast. It is reviewed and updated every year to accommodate the ever-evolving fiscal responsibilities and priorities of Council.
